Company history: Gaithersburg Cabinetry & Millwork , Inc. was  incorporated in Maryland in 1981 and moved to Virginia in 1987.  What was started as a small shop in Gaithersburg Maryland, founded by Stephan Smith, is now a 30,000 sq. foot plant with over 50 employees, state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and in-house metal fabrication capability. GCM is located between Gainesville and Warrenton, Virginia about 35 miles west of Washington DC.
