Crystal Denunzio

Vice President Business Development/Sales

Crystal’s career has taken her from the United States to Europe and back. She has held executive-level management positions in the Advertising and Sales world with companies like Mass Media Holding company, Gannett where she quickly gained the respect of her colleagues with her ability to raise the revenue bar through creative sales techniques and employee incentives which in her opinion are key. Her career continued to expand when she joined the largest duty/tax free retailer in the Western Hemisphere, Duty Free America. During her time at Duty Free America, she increased sales volumes and managed a staff of hundreds ranging from secure warehouses to luxury-based retail locations in several airports while working closely with TSA, Airport Authority, and US Customs. Working in an airport environment always made her feel like she was headed off to an exotic locale fueled by the diversity of her staff which hailed from 37 different countries. Her relationships with Luxury brands and construction were about to collide when she met the owner of a NYC-based construction company and a business relationship turned into a new opportunity. In 2007 Crystal accepted the position of Vice President Business Development for Theodore Williams Construction Company in New York City where she spent the next 13 years being the face of the company and building the brand. Their client list boasts some of the most influential Real Estate families in NYC, such as Silverstein and Rudin. Retailers LVMH, Ferragamo, Cartier, Bulgari, financial institutions Black Stone, Wells Fargo and so many more.

In 2020 Crystal joined Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork as Vice President Business Development/Sales. She is responsible for the marketing and sales efforts of the company. She has always loved the creative yet functional purpose that millwork brings to a project. In her opinion, Millwork is what sets the tone for any commercial project. It is only limited by the imagination of the Architect and the personality of the project owner.
