Eric Orr is a dynamic leader and innovator with a passion for Supply Chain Management. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has consistently driven continuous improvement, cost savings, decreased backorders, improved sales, operational and process improvement in every role he has undertaken. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Eric has made significant contributions ranging from Construction to Microscopy, leaving a lasting impact. His expertise in lean manufacturing principles, ISO, JIT Process has earned him a reputation as a forward-thinking professional with a commitment to excellence.

Prior to the start of his career, Eric served in the United States Army as Infantry Soldier. Eric’s last role, before joining the Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork team, was the Senior Purchasing Planner for Thorlabs, Inc., a manufacturer in Life Sciences of Multi-Photon Microscopes for deep tissue imaging of the brain.

Outside of his professional life, Eric is enjoys being with his Family, Musical Theater, Traveling, and all things Automotive. He continues to pursue opportunities for growth and is deeply committed to making a positive impact both in his field and beyond.
