Jeff Yang

Engineering Manager

As Engineering Manager, Jeff leads a team of drafters and engineers who transform architectural vision into reality using 2D drawings, 3D modeling, digital metrology, and industrial automation. He is a multidisciplinary leader who blends his background in design with technical manufacturing expertise.

Before joining the team in 2022, Jeff served as an Estimator and Residential Project Manager for Universal Stones, where he revitalized production processes by integrating a 7-axis robot. Earlier in his career, he leveraged his creative side as the Director of Brand for Cartel Roasting Co., creating packaging designs featured on the shelves of Whole Foods Market.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Certificate in Product Innovation from the da Vinci Center. His passion for making is rooted in his childhood, where he first learned woodworking from his grandfather. When he isn’t in the shop, Jeff enjoys 3D printing and spending time with his dog.
