Sean Carey, born in Hollywood, Florida, grew up with his siblings in Silver Spring, Maryland. While he explored sports like wrestling and soccer, his focus was on earning a business degree. He graduated with an MBA from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, where he met his future wife. Sean began his career as an Assistant General Manager at a vibrant trampoline park owned by Circus Trix. Meanwhile, his wife became a General Manager at Stretch Zone. They planned to open their own Stretch Zone but were thwarted by COVID, leading them back to Maryland. There, they briefly worked for a local contractor. Sean later joined Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork as a Logistics Manager, infusing the company with his optimism and diligence.
