This beautiful Canopy by Hilton property is in the Wharf District of Washington DC, overlooking the Potomac River and the Washington Channel. When you enter the lobby, you cannot help but be captivated by the grand staircase and hanging individual lights that illuminate the area. This staircase was a focal point of the project created by Hickok Cole Architects and brought to life by Donohoe Construction and Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork. The hotel has two different dining venues Canopy Central Bistro & Bar and Whiskey Charlie which serves up rooftop views that are to die for. The design for both these eateries was to blend the views and construction materials of wood and stone to give the visitor the feeling of warmth and relaxation. Throughout the hotel are beautiful textures which showcase our contribution to the project.
